The brief was to create a functional family home with a few standout features to make it stand out from the rest of the new builds in the area. Adapting a previous concept and taking it through the building consent & tender stage. Building to start early 2021. Look forward to seeing the progress on this one.
Clients have been great to deal with & encouraged some creative input.
