The need for more functional space way a key driver on this project.
Converting a un-used subfloor space into a new bathroom & laundry. Removing a wall or two really took this project up a notch creating even more space for the family. A small project but with still a huge amount of satisfaction in seeing how the improvement on the use of the space.
